Who is Pups United Project?

Pups United Project is an LGBTQ+ nonprofit organization focused on community support, outreach, peer connection, and collaborative growth within the local community. Established in 2025, PUP was created with the goal of building safer, healthier, and more connected spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can find support, build relationships, and contribute to their community in meaningful ways.

One of PUP’s primary focuses is peer support. Our adult peer support program, We All Grow (WAG), provides a welcoming space where LGBTQ+ adults can openly discuss topics such as mental health, burnout, relationships, identity, conflict resolution, self-worth, and personal growth. These groups are community-centered, discussion-driven, and built around the belief that healing and growth happen more effectively when people feel heard, respected, and supported by others with shared experiences.

PUP also offers a Young Adult Peer Support Group focused on helping younger LGBTQ+ individuals navigate challenges such as isolation, identity exploration, confidence, community connection, and mental wellness. The goal of the program is to create an affirming environment where young adults can build support systems, develop healthy coping skills, and feel less alone in the challenges they face.

Beyond peer support, PUP actively works alongside other organizations, nonprofits, community groups, and local leaders to help strengthen the LGBTQ+ community as a whole. We believe community progress happens through collaboration, not competition. By partnering with other groups, supporting shared initiatives, and helping amplify the work already being done by others, we aim to build stronger networks of support that benefit everyone involved.

Who is Red Dirt Dog Park?

Red Dirt Dog Park is a social group for human puppies and handlers based in Oklahoma City. Founded in 2020 to help bring people together through community, friendship, and shared interests, RDDP focuses on creating welcoming social spaces where members of the pup community can connect, express themselves, and build lasting relationships in a supportive environment.

Our group is dedicated to creating new social events and opportunities for the local pup community, ranging from casual meetups and community gatherings to themed events and larger social experiences. Through these events, we aim to increase visibility for the human pup community while helping create a more positive, approachable, and community-focused public image.

Red Dirt Dog Park encourages connection, inclusion, and community growth by creating spaces where people can safely and openly be themselves. Our goal is to help reduce stigma, encourage understanding, and strengthen relationships within Oklahoma’s LGBTQ+ and kink communities.
